Please note: All my parcels are sent as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that I work full time and also have to collect my grandson from nursery after work so sometimes I am too late for the PO. If there is a prolonged delay for any reason I will email the buyer.

I pack my parcels securely in plastic postage bags which cost up to 0.99p each but these are very secure and also weatherproof. When appropriate, boxes and bubble wrap are also used but even boxes will be put into postage bags where possible so please do not complain about postage costs as they are always listed clearly.

If you want your package sent recorded delivery, please email at the end of the auction.

I will not be held responsible for items “missing” after posting, if you don’t want your item sent recorded the onus is on you to chase it up, however, I do keep proof of posting until feedback is left, so I will do what I can to help.

Please leave feedback then I know you have received your purchase and can throw the proof of posting in the recycling bin.

I have long hair and a long haired cat, I do try and make sure that the cat is kept away from my sale items, but if the occasional stray hair gets in, please forgive me.
