Made at the Bunhill Row Workshop, London, in 1781.
A Superb Georgian Sterling Silver Salt. Made in London, in 1781, by The Queen of English Silversmiths Hester Bateman. A Charming Circular Salt with a reeded rim sat on three pad feet with stepped hips. Free from engraving.
Condition:
The Marks. Good. Makers mark worn.
The Salt: Good. No splits or repairs. Small indents to body.
