All celebrity or exclusive items and experiences are sold ‘as is’ and are not refundable unless item damaged in transit. We will only refund return carriage charges in the event that the product is faulty or was damaged in transit but only when confirmed by email, using a carrier specified by us.
Returns accepted for brand new Hunter products within 7/14 days of buyer receipt.
Refunds/Exchanges are only given when agreed by email from us and we ask that items need to be in the unopened box it was posted in. |
