Combined Shipping Information

We will combine shipping if multiple items are won within a 4- day period and all are paid for on the same invoice. One payment must be made to get the combined shipping discount. Please make sure all items are listed on your invoice before paying. This is the only way to get the shipping discount. Shipping charges are as follows: you can save 0.5 USD for each additional auction more, for example. You could save 1USD, if you win 3 auctions in total; 1.5 USD for 4 auctions, 2 USD for 5 auctions in total….but we don’t offer discount for 2 auctions and auctions with free charge.

 If you don't agree with the shipping charges or the following policies, please don't bid. Usually, all jewelry is shipped in gift boxes inside an envelope for product safety. I ship 6 days a week and usually ship the same day or next day after payment is received. Please remember I am not in control of our mail system, delivery time or customs, unless you buy 2 USD insurance, including a tracking number to locate the packages, for your items. Usually, it takes 4-14 working days to reach the destination, after the items are sent out.

Shipping insurance is suggested but not required. I will not be held responsible for any package lost or damaged in the mail, unless insurance is purchased and shipment address is correct.  If your package gets lost in the mail and insurance is not purchased, I will fill out a lost mail claim with the post office to help you retrieve your package.

Return Information

Returns will only be accepted if your merchandise was received with a manufacturer defect, or the wrong item was shipped to you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their item over once it is received. Please make sure all jewels are secure, check to make sure that all dangles are attached securely and that the balls screw on securely. Seller is not responsible for broken jewelry after it is worn.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and would like the opportunity to makes things right before negative feedback is left.
